Smarth’s Journey
Smarth migrated to Australia in 2018 as a student, filled with high hopes for a fulfilling career. After completing his studies—he landed a job as a software engineer at a top Australian firm. On paper, it seemed like his dream was coming true—great pay, stability and a promising future. But despite all this, something was missing. Smarth wasn’t happy. However, despite all the external success, the daily routine failed to inspire him, leaving him longing for a deeper sense of purpose and fulfilment. The thought of spending decades in this routine until retirement was unbearable. He knew there had to be more to life than just waiting for the weekends.
Determined to find a way out— Smarth began exploring different avenues and property investing caught his attention. It wasn’t a decision he made lightly. He dove in headfirst, attending workshops, taking courses and devouring books on property investing in Australia. His goal was clear: to replace his 9-5 income with rental income, freeing him from relying on a job for money later in life.
This dedication paid off. In a short span of time—he built a multimillion-dollar property portfolio that provided both short-term growth and long-term security. Property investing became more than just a way out; it became his purpose.
